We’re Hiring! Client Experience Coordinator
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Part-Time 30 hours per week with potential to grow into a full-time role.

We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a talent for managing projects, building strong client relationships, and executing impactful marketing initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring seamless project execution while enhancing the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely updates.
Maintain strong relationships by ensuring a high-touch, personalized client experience.
Set and manage expectations while proactively addressing questions, providing solutions, and anticipating challenges.
Project Coordination
Oversee website, branding, and creative projects from kickoff to completion.
Maintain meeting notes, track action items, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Develop and maintain timelines, tracking deliverables to keep projects flowing smoothly.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Execute marketing campaigns for both clients and Hanna Creative Co. across digital and traditional platforms.
Support social media efforts by assisting with content planning, community management, caption writing, and performance tracking.
Oversee Hanna Creative Co.’s own marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content strategy.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and impact.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in project coordination, client services, marketing, or a related field (agency experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
A strategic thinker with an understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing.
Familiarity with creative processes and an appreciation for design.
Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) and marketing platforms (Later, FloDesk, Klaviyo, or similar).
